| Called "Nian Hua", or Chinese New Year posters, these Chinese chubby baby posters exudes happiness and strength, coupled with good luck words, symbols and motifs, it express a traditional ideals of prosperity, happiness, longevity, and unity. The poster depicts two chubby babies, the girl is riding on a phoenix and the boy is riding on a dragon while holding a trophy. Titled “Dragon is flying and the Phoenix is dancing”, this poster was created by Chen Zhen Xin, published by People’s Athletic Publishing house, printed by Beijing Rubber No. 2 Printing Company, and distrbibuted by Beijing Xinhua Bookstore in August 1984.
