| This poster has clearly seen better days on the wall of a health clinic, in a vilage. In the middle to late 70s, due to the overgrowth of Chinese population, the Chinese government implemented a mandatory "One Child" policy, which mandates all Chinese couples to only have one child per family. It started with Planned Parenthood with a softer tone. In this poster it shows happy peasant and a woman tractor driver and with calligraphy it described why it's important to "plan birth" carefully, which basically boils down to serve the country, revolutionary spirit type of propaganda messages.
