A sure sign that this was from the late 70s as opposed to the 80s was the fact the poster was created by Shanxi Revolutionary Committee, Birth Control subcommittee. The revolutionary committees are a byproduct of the Cultural Revolution and since died down post the ending of the Cultural Revolution in mid to late 70s. | ||
